Impact placements – “We make a difference”
Whilst we are confident that the life skill package that we will support our young people with will provide them with the core skills to move towards independent living at 18 years old, we also recognise that some of our young people may not be ready for independent living arrangements at 18 years old.
Empowering Youth with Financial Education: We offer practical learning to develop essential skills for financial success.
Youth Support Services: We assist with education, budgeting, job seeking, benefits, and pathway planning for young individuals.
Health & Wellbeing Support: We promote healthy living, hygiene, and access to healthcare, while aiding those with dependency and offering referrals.
